General Engagement Principles
These terms help both parties establish a shared baseline on responsibilities, scope, and how changes are handled before starting.
Scope of Services
- We provide services related to AI automation, process mapping, system integration, and related consultancy.
- Actual deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual quotations, project proposals, or written confirmations.
- Website content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal offer or guarantee.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to provide reasonably accurate business information, process context, and existing system details for assessment and implementation.
- Where a project involves third-party platforms, accounts, data, or vendors, clients are responsible for providing necessary access and making relevant decisions.
- Final go-live and operational arrangements typically require a designated internal contact from the client for confirmation and coordination.
Fees and Changes
- Fees, payment terms, and project milestones are governed by individual quotations or engagement documents.
- If the scope expands significantly, timelines change, or new modules are added, related fees and delivery arrangements may need to be updated.
- No new requirement should be assumed to be within the original scope without written confirmation.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
- Client-owned data, brand assets, and trade secrets remain the property of the client or the original rights holder.
- Non-public information accessed by either party during the engagement should be handled with reasonable confidentiality.
- Use of third-party tools, platforms, or models may also be subject to their own terms and conditions.
